   • Aircraft – Airplanes and helicopters sold or operated by Prestige Aircrafts.

3. SERVICES OFFERED
   • Aircraft sales: Prestige Aircrafts facilitates transactions for airplanes and helicopters, offering specialized consultancy.
   • Private charter: We organize private flights on demand, subject to aircraft availability.
   • Aeronautical consultancy and management: We provide support in the acquisition, maintenance, and administration of aircraft.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR AIRCRAFT SALES
   • All offers are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
   • The Client is responsible for verifying the technical condition and history of the aircraft before purchase.
   • Payment must be made according to the terms agreed in the contract.
   • Ownership transfer occurs after full payment and the signing of all required documentation.

5. CONDITIONS FOR CHARTER FLIGHTS
   • Bookings are made based on aircraft availability and are confirmed after an advance payment.
   • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the flight may be subject to penalties.
   • The Client must comply with safety regulations and aviation authority requirements.
   • Prestige Aircrafts reserves the right to refuse the transportation of a passenger or goods that violate applicable regulations.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   • Prestige Aircrafts is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, air traffic restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   • In the event of technical failures or aircraft unavailability, Prestige Aircrafts may offer alternatives or a refund as per the contract.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
   Prestige Aircrafts complies with data protection legislation and commits to processing clients’ personal information in accordance with GDPR regulations.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, the competent courts will handle the matter.
